Hon. Dr. Ginika Florence Tor is a highly accomplished leader with a multifaceted career spanning law, media, and business. She holds a law degree and Master’s in Law, complemented by certificates from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Cambridge University, and GOTNI Leadership Institute.

She currently serves as Federal Commissioner and has received over 100 awards for contributions to society. She founded the Omaluegwuoku Progressive Initiative and WOW Africa to champion women’s empowerment and youth development across Africa.
